Description du poste

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Outbound Sales Manager to build our outbound sales strategy from the ground up. Due to the high number of applicants, we will only consider applicants who include a video presentation in their application.

You will own the outbound strategy, from building the foundation to leading the team and managing the full sales cycle.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Building and leading the outbound engine to set meetings for the Account Executive team.
  2. Managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing new customers.
  3. Training, coaching, and supporting the team on prospecting, qualification, and best practices.
  4. Measuring performance, analyzing results, and scaling successful strategies.
  5. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align outbound efforts with company goals.
  6. Refining processes and playbooks, working closely with the Account Executive and RevOps teams to identify improvements, set training schedules, and develop reporting dashboards.
  7. Testing and adjusting messaging and processes to optimize results, and preparing to scale the team.

You will report to the CEO or Sales Director and work closely with:

  • The Account Executive team

Key qualifications include:

  • Confidence in managing the full sales cycle from first message to signed customer.
  • Ability to define strategy, execute, and iterate based on data.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Vidyard.
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting and messaging.
  • Experience in retail.
  • Comfort with creating or using video as part of outbound strategy.
