Qualifications

For our location in Paris, we are looking as soon as possible for a Sales Manager / Relationship Manager (m / f / x).

Purpose of the position:
  • Independent support and development of a client base in France
  • Acquiring new clients such as funds of funds, banks/savings, asset managers, family offices, IFAs where applicable
  • Active involvement in the further expansion of international sales at Lupus alpha
Core tasks:
  • You work independently but are still part of a success-oriented sales team.
  • You will be involved in the strategic expansion of Lupus alpha's international business.
  • You will acquire and manage your own resilient customer base.
  • You maintain your customer base and your customer activities in our CRM system.
  • You understand the requirements of the various wholesale target customer segments and serve them with suitable products.
  • You will convincingly demonstrate our expertise as an independent, institutional asset manager in the asset classes equities small & mid-caps, convertible bonds, volatility strategies, and CLO products.
  • You will work closely with our experienced relationship managers from institutional sales.
  • You will develop specialist presentations and product presentations for individual client meetings and events.
  • You will design and individualize sales activities and play a key role in setting up and implementing the Wholesale sales strategy.
  • You will plan and carry out customer events. Active contribution of experience.
  • Integration into initiatives, processes, and activities agreed by the Clients & Markets team.
Skills and experience:
  • Fluency in both French and English is required
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in Finance is required
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably within the financial services industry, is desired
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
  • Strong ability to connect with others and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proactive and driven individual with a dedicated approach to work
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis
