Our company is a leading Asian producer and distributor of household paper and personal care products. With a strong presence in Asia, we are expanding our footprint in Europe, focusing on private label and OEM partnerships with major retailers.

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development for private label and OEM products across Europe. The ideal candidate will leverage their B2B expertise and established retail network to expand our partnerships with chain retailers, ensuring alignment with production and logistics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Identify and secure partnerships with European retailers for private label and OEM product lines.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet market demands, aligning with production timelines and logistics constraints.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key retail accounts, providing end-to-end support from negotiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor trends in the FMCG sector, including competitor activity and consumer preferences, to support corporate strategic decisions.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Oversee the end-to-end value chain, ensuring seamless coordination between production, quality control, and logistics for timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B sales within FMCG, preferably in household / personal care products.
  • Proven track record in private label / OEM sales in European markets and existing network with brand owners and chain retailers (e.g., supermarkets, pharmacies).
  • Deep understanding of FMCG value chains, including production, QA, and logistics.
  • Cultural sensitivity to navigate diverse European markets, with active listening skills to decode client needs.
  • Data-driven decision-making to balance cost-efficiency with retailer margin expectations.
  • Self-starter attitude with tenacity to thrive in competitive markets.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German / French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
