We’re looking for a Manager to join the Mid Market Sales Team, based in Paris.

What you'll do:

1. Have command of and be responsible for the growth of your region at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in that region.
2. Manage a team of Client Partners and Account Managers.
3. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
4. Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs.
5. Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies.
6. Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business.
7. Determine individual quotas and account lists for team.
8. Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide structured reporting on performance in their market or market vertical.
9. Define the go to market strategy and be the Snapchat voice in the region.
10. Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products and developments and leverage that understanding to identify cross-selling opportunities relevant to customers’ business goals.
11. Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities independently based on a deep understanding of your region and the business strategies of your customers.
12. Own reporting and stakeholder management for your region.
13. Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally).
2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
3. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
4. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
5. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 10+ years experience in digital media space.
3. 2+ years of experience managing a team.
4. Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
5. Pre-existing relationships with marketers within the region.
6. Embodies Snap values - Kind, Smart, Creative.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Someone who’s up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
2. Passion for Snap Inc. products and marketing!
3. Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers in the industry.
4. Extensive knowledge of performance marketing including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications.
