Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist DOS to maximize productivity by aligning sold business with the hotel's yield management strategies and achieving sales targets.
  2. Support DOSM in developing and implementing business strategies aligned with Accor's mission, vision, and values.
  3. Monitor market and competitor activities and conduct research to identify sales opportunities.
  4. Negotiate and close contracts with key clients.
  5. Design and propose programs tailored to client needs.
  6. Maintain relationships with key partners and develop new accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within MICE, Corporates, and DMCs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of quality certification processes.
  • Experience in multicultural environments.
