Job Description

Sales Manager MICE generates interest, creates opportunities, provides information, gathers customer feedback, makes appointments, and produces leads through telephone, email, in-person meetings, and marketing campaigns. The role involves converting these opportunities into business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifies business opportunities in the MICE segment by researching prospects and evaluating their industry position
  • Maintains an up-to-date account and contact database, understanding client needs
  • Keeps abreast of industry developments to enhance skills
  • Prepares and delivers presentations on products and services
  • Participates in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
  • Negotiates and closes deals, handles complaints or objections
