What does a Sales Manager Liquibox France do?

The Sales Manager is the lead point of contact for all customer matters, anticipates customer needs, works within the company to ensure deadlines are met, and helps the customer succeed. They will also generate new business from existing contacts and actively develop new relationships with potential clients.

  • Manage and develop strong customer relationships with new and existing customers in France across all product sectors, especially those of strategic importance.
  • Identify potential new customers in France and win new business using your selling skills.
  • Drive growth in line with Liquibox EMEA revenue and profit objectives.
  • Respond to new enquiries, provide industry solutions, and manage commercial projects within France proactively.
  • Achieve year-on-year sales revenue and earnings growth strategically.
  • Develop a pricing strategy for product sectors within France following the agreed guidelines.
  • Partner with agents and distributors in France, providing full commercial and technical support.
  • Communicate effectively within the Liquibox organization to ensure resolution of complaints, regulatory requirements, and administrative matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5-8 years of experience in technical or project sales within a multinational company.
  • Experience in sales of flexible packaging and/or liquid food processing businesses is advantageous.
  • Fluent in French, with strong spoken and written English skills.
  • High energy and drive to meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to deliver results under challenging circumstances.
  • Strong networking skills internally with relevant departments and externally with stakeholders.

As an individual contributor (without team management responsibilities), you should be highly autonomous.

This is a remote position in France, with easy access to airports or train stations, and involves business travel.
