Description du poste

We are working with a leader in intelligent warehouse automation, delivering tailored solutions that optimize efficiency, scalability, and throughput. From AS / RS and conveyor systems to robotics and warehouse execution software.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Manager with a background in solution design to lead growth within the country / region. This is a unique hybrid role combining technical insight with commercial drive—perfect for someone who understands both the “why” and the “how” behind automated warehouse systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the sales process from discovery to deal closure, with a focus on complex, high-value automation projects
  • Work closely with customers to understand operational pain points and design tailored automation solutions
  • Translate client requirements into technical briefs and collaborate with engineering, pre-sales, and project teams
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across e-commerce, 3PL, retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors
  • Create compelling proposals, ROI analyses, and system layouts to support the sales cycle
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer visits, and product demos

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in technical sales within warehouse automation
  • Proven experience in solution design —layout planning, system configuration, or integration planning
  • Solid understanding of automation technologies (e.g., AS / RS, AMRs, conveyor systems, etc..)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers (Ops Directors, CTOs, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and trade events (up to 30–40%)
