The Key to Our Team : Your Role in Action
As the Sales Manager International Business Development, you will be part of the Business Unit International Business Development, playing a key role in expanding ÉLÉPHANT VERT’s commercial activities and distribution network in the territories identified for international growth.
Reporting to the International Business Development Director, you will act as the primary interface between the client and the company, ensuring rigorous, proactive, and personalized follow-up. Your mission will be to develop, optimize, and manage distributors (B2B / Key Accounts) with a focus on quality, service, profitability, and margin sustainability for ÉLÉPHANT VERT.
You will be responsible for successfully negotiating commercial opportunities across different cultural and legal environments, while providing technical, commercial, marketing, and agronomic expertise tailored to local market conditions. Additionally, you will identify and prospect new areas for expansion, oversee field trials and demonstration tests, and generate supporting data for product development.
Your role will also involve fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams (technical, marketing, regulatory, and commercial). You will monitor and manage sales objectives, oversee outstanding payments, and proactively seek opportunities to optimize commercial performance and drive growth.

Imagine yourself as an international sales expert, navigating effortlessly in the agricultural inputs sector. Passionate about business development, you bring solid experience in managing key account networks (B2B) and a strong commercial mindset in an international context.
You have a Master’s degree in Agriculture and 3–5 years of experience in the sector, with a strong understanding of plant protection and biostimulants. You are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, Italian) would be a strong asset.
You excel in negotiation, relationship-building, and client management, with a keen ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends. Your adaptability to fast-paced environments, resilience under pressure, and problem-solving mindset make you an ideal candidate for this role.
