You will be joining our growing global sales team, presenting the HRS wide portfolio of products to hospitality-related companies across the north or south of France. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, goal-driven, and passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.
What do we expect from you?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is essential, including roles such as Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Night Manager, Sales Manager, or S&M Director. Experience with Hospitality IT is also considered.
- Proficient in Opera, Suite 8, and/or Micros POS systems.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Ability to travel nationally.
- Results-oriented with a business focus.
- Proactive with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Professional work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.

What will you be doing?
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, exhibitions, events, and social media.
- Arrange online and in-person meetings with potential clients, listening to their needs and concerns.
- Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of local competitors to gain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the development of HRS's market research and sales strategy.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company goals.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and partners.
- Organize sales and marketing events for clients.
- Represent HRS and promote the HRS brand in customer interactions.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in French.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
