Description du poste

Our client is a multinational group in the industrial sector, with a strong leadership position in the market, serving major OEMs globally. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the client portfolio in the French territory, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  2. Conduct scouting activities and plan sales actions
  3. Identify and create business opportunities nationally, focusing efforts on prospect companies
  4. Manage the entire sales process, including commercial negotiations and contract terms negotiation
  5. Maintain a close relationship with customers, acting as the primary point of contact
  6. Prepare periodic reports on activities performed
  7. Collaborate with other company functions (R&D, Production, Administration, Logistics) as the main reference for the relevant clientele
  8. Constantly monitor market trends and demand to identify the best business opportunities
  9. Evaluate results achieved and propose any corrective actions
  10. Participate in trade fairs and industry events, contributing to company promotion

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in sales roles in the hydraulic and / or pneumatic sector
  2. Preferably a degree or academic background in a technical field
  3. Demonstrated negotiation skills in technical contexts with a high degree of autonomy
