Reporting to the General Manager France, the Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable growth in France and supporting Jumbo Group's strategic pillars.

Primary Responsibilities :
  1. Define, implement, and drive the commercial strategy for France, aligned with the Group's strategic pillars, local channel priorities, and consumer engagement.
  2. Lead account management in France, monitor financials (trade terms, P&L), and develop strong partnerships with customers.
  3. Develop and execute sales plans focused on high service levels, supporting S&OP processes.
  4. Build meaningful connections with other departments locally and regionally.
  5. Manage a team of Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities :
  1. Shape the vision and sales strategy for France.
  2. Develop strategic directions and objectives for the country.
  3. Define sales distribution channels to support growth.
  4. Achieve company objectives through planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
  5. Negotiate annual national agreements with customers, ensuring follow-up and investment within budget.
  6. Execute strategic account plans by understanding customer needs and analyzing business results.
  7. Implement the annual sales budget and monitor results.
  8. Prepare monthly reports and coordinate tasks across teams.
  9. Generate leads and nurture client relationships.
  10. Identify customer needs and propose solutions.
  11. Plan and implement promotional activities.
  12. Coordinate with other Business Units for regional accounts.
  13. Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  14. Drive activities with external sales partners.
  15. Develop and lead team skills through training and development plans.
  16. Support performance reviews and talent development.

  1. Minimum 5 years in sales managing strategic accounts or channels.
  2. Experience in non-food and seasonal categories.
  3. Management experience.
Skills and Requirements :
  1. Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar.
  2. Ability to align commercial strategies with marketing initiatives.
  3. Knowledge of sales conditions and trade laws.
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon).
  5. Proficiency in Excel.
  6. High level of English proficiency.
  7. Valid driving license.
