Description du poste

The Sales Manager is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift, the Creative SSP, in the France region. This role is responsible for supporting new and current TripleLift agency and advertiser brands, growing key accounts while hunting for new partners. A Sales Manager should leverage existing relationships to convert advertisers from only using our best in market native programmatic advertising to all of TripleLift’s variety of products and solutions, as well as identifying new business to onboard. The best candidate brings relationships with them to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at a transactional level; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing buying teams up to c-suite level within our clients business. TripleLift is one of the fastest growing ad tech businesses in the world and we are looking for someone to continue this growth with us. The candidate will report to the Country Manager, France and work across the International Sales team, with key stakeholders based in the US, UK, France, DACH and APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads and build a sales pipeline
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies and trading desks
  • Collect and organize information required to give TripleLift the competitive advantage when competing with other firms for client business.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and status of prospective projects.
  • Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry / utilization through TripleLift’s CRM (Salesforce).
  • Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales

  • Solid understanding of Internet advertising, DSP’s, programmatic and sales process
  • Proven track record of sales success, achieving goals, managing to a number

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work quickly, collaboratively and independently with minimal oversight

Education Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Experience Requirement

8 years+ in digital sales, media or ad tech, possibly large ad agency experience.
