Role: Sales Manager
  • Effectively represent the L-ACOUSTICS brand, its values, and corporate culture.
  • Travel within the territory to increase sales, develop, and maintain relationships with existing customers and qualified new prospects.
  • Achieve company goals in the region.
  • Develop and maintain trustful business relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Identify potential clients in local production and integration markets.
  • Identify and prospect end users and venues in the territory.
  • Organize and execute product demos (coaxial, constant curvature) and regional marketing events.
  • Participate in annual budget planning for end users and customers outside the Certified Provider network.
  • Maintain prospect lists and contacts in CRM, convert leads to opportunities, and manage the sales cycle.
  • Attend internal sales meetings.
  • Report regularly to the company, including customer visit reports and weekly activity updates.
  • Obtain and transmit sales orders promptly, communicate quotations effectively.
  • Support the company's growth strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pro audio or similar industry.
  • Experience in the installation market in France or Western Europe.
  • Based anywhere in France (remote position).
  • Driver's license required.
  • Fluent French required; English highly recommended.
