The Sales Manager :
- Effectively represents the LACOUSTICS brand, its values, and corporate culture.
- Travels within their territory to increase company sales, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing customers and qualified new prospects.
- Is responsible for achieving company goals in the region.
- Develops and maintains trustful business relationships with existing customers and qualified new prospects.
- Identifies local production and integrator potential clients.
- Identifies and prospects end users and venues in the territory.
- Organizes and executes small product demos (coaxial constant curvature) as well as regional marketing events.
- Participates in annual budget preparation for end users and customers outside of the Certified Provider network.
- Maintains prospect lists and contacts in CRM database, converts leads to opportunities, and manages the sales cycle.
- Attends internal sales meetings.
- Regularly reports to the company and keeps it promptly and fully informed of duties and affairs, including reports following customer visits and weekly activity reports.
- Obtains and transmits sales orders on behalf of LACOUSTICS in a timely manner. Communicates sales quotations to customers and prospects swiftly.
- Supports the company and group in its commercial growth strategy.
- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the pro audio industry or similar industries.
- Experience in the installation market in France or the rest of Western Europe.
- Based anywhere in France (remote position).
- Driver's license required.
- French mandatory and English highly recommended.
