As a Sales Manager, your pivotal role encompasses managing sales activities and cultivating enduring customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities include nurturing existing business partnerships and spearheading the acquisition of new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands. A keen understanding of each client's long-term objectives and a proactive approach to identifying lucrative partnership opportunities are essential to foster their business growth with StackAdapt.

Collaboration with StackAdapt Account Managers is integral to your success, as you work together to forge and sustain robust client connections. You will also play a central role in presenting innovative campaign strategies and bespoke solutions, all while focusing on expanding and retaining our existing account base.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and this role can be based anywhere in France.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Identifying, pitching, and closing platform sales deals with local agencies and brands.
  2. Managing existing client relations and seeking account growth opportunities.
  3. Working with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships.
  4. Collaborating closely with management and product teams to get products specified and built.
What you'll bring to the table:
  1. 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
  2. Bilingual in French and English.
  3. In-depth programmatic knowledge and expertise.
  4. Strong contacts within Big 6 advertising firms/holding companies in France.
  5. Experience using various CRM tools to build a robust pipeline and ensure ongoing client satisfaction, renewal, and opportunity discovery.
  6. Experience in building client pitch decks and conducting research to close new business.
  7. A proven track record of success in a quota-carrying environment.
  8. Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and DSP platform-based knowledge.
  9. Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients within the region.
