Your Role

  • Drive B2B sales in your territory, building strong relationships with end-users, lighting specifiers, distributors, contractors, and display manufacturers.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while upselling to existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Develop timely and accurate sales offers based on customer project requirements.
  • Define and execute a territory sales plan while leading commercial negotiations.
  • Accurately forecast sales and ensure profitable growth in both revenue and margins.
  • Provide training, presentations, and coordination support on customer projects.
  • Represent the company and products at field events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product capabilities, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, product performance, and competitor activity.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in the LED signage or architectural lighting industry is preferred.
  • Strong account planning skills and a strategic approach to relationship building.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder and time management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented with a professional attitude.
