Your Role
- Drive B2B sales in your territory, building strong relationships with end-users, lighting specifiers, distributors, contractors, and display manufacturers.
- Identify and acquire new customers while upselling to existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Develop timely and accurate sales offers based on customer project requirements.
- Define and execute a territory sales plan while leading commercial negotiations.
- Accurately forecast sales and ensure profitable growth in both revenue and margins.
- Provide training, presentations, and coordination support on customer projects.
- Represent the company and products at field events such as conferences and seminars.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product capabilities, and customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, product performance, and competitor activity.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in the LED signage or architectural lighting industry is preferred.
- Strong account planning skills and a strategic approach to relationship building.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder and time management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
