Your Role
As Sales Manager for France, you will be a key player in expanding our presence across the French market. You’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, growing sales across our product categories—Truck Tyres, Industrial Tyres, and OTR Tyres—and providing outstanding service to our French clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert annual sales targets into clear, actionable strategies for the French market.
  • Drive growth and improve margins in the French tyre industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling, on-site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Represent Magna Tyres at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Manage a balanced schedule with approximately 70% travel to meet clients and 30% remote work.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You have access to an existing network of customers in the French OTR, Industrial and Truck tyre sector.
  • A proven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the tire industry, ideally within the OTR and Industrial or Truck Tyres sector.
  • A team player with a “Can-do” attitude and a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Fluency in French is required for this role.
