Sales Manager for Digitalisation (m/f/d)

Type: Permanent, Full-time

You live & love the sales spirit and have a technical affinity? If you would like to work with us in a dynamic and international environment, join our dedicated sales team at CADENAS with its headquarters in Augsburg, Germany. You live in France & know the French market. With us, you will inspire customers from the fields of mechanical & electrical engineering and architecture with our electronic CAD product catalogues and support them throughout the entire sales process.

Start from the beginning with contacts from our CRM system and expand your own sales network by reaching your contacts through acquisition via telephone, social media, videos, or webinars. Convince them of our digitalisation strategy through your professional advice and be rewarded for your achievements with an attractive commission.

Tasks:

  1. Acquire component manufacturers from mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, & architecture sectors and inspire them with our eCATALOG solutions software, which we use to digitise their product catalogues.
  2. Support & advise prospective customers regarding the digitalisation of their product catalogues and win them as long-term customers.
  3. Use your own acquisition style & network to find contacts at C-level, sales, marketing, or product management and convince them to have a digital meeting with you.
  4. Give PPT presentations via MS Teams & visit prospects in person if needed.
  5. Manage your sales pipeline in MS CRM and organise your acquisition blockers, web appointments & trade fair visits independently.

Requirements:

  1. You have a B2B software sales or online marketing background, or a commercial/technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering paired with sales experience.
  2. You have sound sales experience and are motivated to win new customers for CADENAS & to be rewarded for your successes.
  3. You possess a technical & digital affinity to promote digitalisation in the CAD sector.
  4. You are business fluent in French and English.
  5. You are characterized by strong verbal expression, negotiating skills, and strong arguments.
