Gicar S.p.A. is a rapidly growing chemical company that primarily produces automotive fluids and industrial cleaning products.

Within the company, we have a dedicated “Flavours and Fragrances” division through which we provide our clients with up-to-date market insights and a steady supply of products designed to best meet their needs.

We offer a wide catalog of raw materials aroma chemicals for the creation of fragrances and flavorings in the industry, including:

  • Natural aroma chemicals
  • Essential oils
  • Solvents

We sell and distribute throughout Europe and are currently looking to expand our sales in the French market.

The position we are seeking to fill is Sales Manager – French Market, and the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential clients
  • Understanding the needs of both existing and prospective clients
  • Developing a business plan to grow sales in line with commercial strategies and policies
  • Participating in trade fairs and industry events

A key requirement for this role is at least 4 to 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good teamwork abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizational capabilities
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken)

What we offer:

  • Permanent contract and a compensation package based on experience. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview.
