Globally recognized as a leader in plastic material transformation for the pharmaceutical sector and the market leader in infusion bags in Europe, Technoflex is a human-sized company with nearly 300 employees located on the Basque Coast (Bidart – 64), just a few steps from the ocean.For our predominantly international clients, we design and manufacture flexible packaging bags and connectors intended for the packaging of injectable products.Job PurposeAs a Sales Manager reporting to the Commercial Director, you will promote our Pharma product lines with the support of our internal teams (R&D, Technical, Supply Chain, and Quality). Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding our client base in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa), securing business with existing customers, driving new business growth, and achieving revenue and sales margin targets. Building long-term relationships with your customer portfolio will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities- Business development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned EMEA territory;
- Account Management: Manage EMEA existing customer accounts to secure sales and achieve the business plan;
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with Technoflex’ project managers to follow up on customers’ and prospects’ projects;
- Market Analysis: Conduct strategic analysis of market opportunities;
- Exhibition Participation: Represent Technoflex at trade shows alongside the Sales and Marketing team to promote products and acquire new projects;
- Contract Negotiation: Secure contracts with key accounts in your area;
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Commercial Director.

Skills And Qualifications- Education: Master’s degree from a business school.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the packaging and/or pharmaceutical market segment.
