Absolut Sensing recherche un Sales Manager Europe dynamique pour piloter sa stratégie de croissance. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en développement commercial dans les secteurs de l'énergie ou de l'environnement et devra structurer des partenariats pour réduire les émissions de méthane. ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for a European Sales Manager to drive Absolut Sensing’s growth strategy in the European market. Your main mission will be to orchestrate sales development, structure high-level strategic partnerships and position Absolut Sensing as the reference partner in methane emissions monitoring, via LDAR (Leak Detection And Repair) and MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, Verification) services.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Definition and management of the European sales strategy

  • Draw up the medium- to long-term European sales roadmap, in direct liaison with General Management;
  • Identify priority markets, set growth targets, establish performance KPIs and ensure their management;
  • Adapt the sales strategy to the regulatory, political and environmental contexts of each target country.

2. Key account development & complex sales cycles

  • Identify and target strategic players in the Energy (upstream/midstream/downstream operators) and Insurance (insurers/reinsurers) sectors;
  • Build lasting relationships with C-level contacts and technical decision-makers;
  • Lead complex, multi-site sales negotiations, with high contractual, financial and technical stakes.

3. Structuring strategic partnerships

  • Forge alliances with integrators, consultancies, regulatory institutions or environmental service providers;
  • Define commercial offers with a view to market development;
  • Ensure the governance, management and sustainability of these businesses.

4. Sustainable growth and revenue management

  • Set sales targets by market and segment;
  • Oversee Europe-wide sales reporting (forecasts, trends, alerts);
  • Optimize margins and contribute to structuring the long-term business model.
Profil

Experience & expertise

  • At least 8 years’ experience in business development or sales management at European level, in the energy, environment or insurance sectors;
  • Solid understanding of LDAR or environmental monitoring services, and their regulatory framework in Europe (EU Methane Law, OGMP, ETS, CSRD, etc.). );
  • Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions (B2B, B2G, multi-site projects or projects with a regulatory dimension);
  • Ability to influence industry policies (participation in working groups, trade associations, regulators, etc.) is a real asset.

Key skills

  • Strategic vision and results orientation: you know how to build a growth trajectory and mobilize the resources needed to achieve it;
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with clear and convincing language, including on technical or regulatory subjects;
  • Natural leadership: you know how to inspire trust, build lasting alliances and represent the company with credibility at the highest level;
  • Fluency with CRM tools, performance dashboards, and value-based sales approaches.

Languages & mobility

  • Excellent command of written and spoken French and English (daily working languages).
  • Regular travel in France and Europe (50% of time).
