Summary:

The Sales Manager drives revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by leading a sales team, managing key customer accounts, and expanding business opportunities. This role focuses on selling finished devices, accessories, and services in both human and veterinary markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for meeting revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence.
  • Manage key distributor and customer relationships, leveraging account management strategies to drive sales.
  • Identify and close distribution gaps, ensuring optimal market coverage.
  • Track performance, forecast revenue, and manage contracts using Salesforce/Kenandy.
  • Provide market insights to Marketing and R&D, influencing product development and promotional strategies.
  • Represent SunTech at trade shows and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Develop sales budgets and ensure expense management aligns with growth objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years in international medical device sales, preferably in a distributor-based model.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in a regional language is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% internationally.
