Mission

Our tech team is killing it. They are the best at what they do, and created a state-of-the-art Agentic AI Hyperautomation platform.

We won best global startup, best EMEA cyber startup, and best AI product in France.

We now want to accelerate on sales.

This opportunity and the timing is great. you’re joining the team with one of the best product on the market just before series A. Things are going to go very fast and we need someone that already lead and scaled sales teams.

Our GTM is Enterprise (CAC40/Fortune500) and we adress Cybersecurity, IT, DevOps, and AI verticals.

What you’ll actually do

Your main priority : Grow revenue.

  • Manage, coach, and grow an EMEA sales team (today 4 AEs, 3 BDRs, 1 Sales Ops)

  • Own pipeline reviews, forecast, and quota delivery

  • Set up clear process, enforce it, fix what doesn’t work

  • Work daily with Marketing, Pre-sales, and Customer Success to unblock deals and drive focus

  • Take real feedback from the field and use it to influence product and GTM

  • Report directly to Head of Sales / founders. Total visibility, zero bureaucracy
