Job Description & Role Responsibilities:
- Support sales management in defining the Geo Strategy and executing sales planning, including selecting Master Clients using Value Path & Geo Sales initiatives.
- Assist the Sales Expert-Client Executive with Strategic Value Network Client and Strategic Client management.
- Sell assigned offers (Brands) within a designated territory.
- Perform end-to-end sales engagements aligned with DS Sales process and Value Engagement process, utilizing DS Platform for communication.
- Negotiate with customers while adhering to all engagement processes, legal, financial, government, and local regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards.
- Drive growth in the assigned territory based on Industry Market Analysis, converting Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities.
- Coordinate responses to Requests For Proposal (RFPs) from 3DS.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels within client organizations to ensure sustainable business.
- Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise, contributing to best practices through Lessons Learned, Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, and Loss reviews.
- Utilize and update DS CRM My Client Engagement according to corporate guidelines.
- Provide accurate forecasts for five rolling quarters and the fiscal year, maintaining an appropriate sales pipeline.
- Complete sales certification programs.
- Act as IFWE Loop “Champion” for related business initiatives and communities.
- Represent the brand within relevant communities.
- Participate in strategy development using the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR).
- Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and growth objectives, leveraging initiatives like Client situation value path and Geo Sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital manufacturing, Smart factory fields, or similar industries is required.
- Preferably hold a degree in industrial engineering or production systems.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in software industries such as SCM, MES, MOM, APS, Robot Programming, or production planning is preferred.
- Experience working with software suppliers like MES, Digital Factory, etc., is highly valued.
- Candidates with software sales experience and established business networks in manufacturing sectors are preferred.
- Sales professionals capable of enabling business strategy development are encouraged to apply.
