Job Description & Role Responsibilities

  • Support the sales expert management in defining business strategy and executing sales planning.
  • Identify key customer challenges and drivers for transformation that could be addressed with 3DS solutions.
  • Define and update the Client Strategy using the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR) document and its Value Network in the CRM My Client Engagement.
  • Sell based on value through assigned offers from Industry and Brand Portfolio within a specified territory.
  • Conduct end-to-end sales engagements aligned with DS sales standards, utilizing the DS Platform for communication internally and externally.
  • Provide leadership through business strategy and enable connection with framework and consultative value selling engagement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships at the executive level and across all organizational layers to ensure sustainable business relationships.
  • Coordinate 3DS teams and stakeholders to execute the Client strategy, generate leads, and create growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for five rolling quarters and the fiscal year, maintaining an appropriate pipeline to meet business goals.
  • Manage negotiations with customers, ensuring compliance with engagement processes, regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Contribute to best practices through lessons learned, root cause analysis, and analytics.
  • Manage the entire customer ecosystem to ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years (up to 20 years) of direct sales experience with large Korean corporations (e.g., Samsung, SK, etc.).
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and aggressive attitude and mindset as a salesperson.
  • Experience in the high-tech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives is preferred.
  • More than 3 years of experience selling solutions in a multinational company with proven consultative value selling skills is a plus.
  • Business-level proficiency in English is preferred.
