Sales Manager - Cybersecurity Vendor | Paris, France

Adeptis Group is currently recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Strategy and Channel Development for a dynamic Cybersecurity Vendor.

The business is a recognised leader in cybersecurity, delivering sovereign technology certified by ANSSI. Their solutions play a vital role in securing critical infrastructure, supporting Operators of Vital Importance (OIVs) and large enterprises in meeting stringent regulatory requirements, including the NIS2 directive.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven background in cybersecurity, data privacy, or encryption to take ownership of the company’s sales strategy and channel development across France and Europe. You will be responsible for shaping commercial direction, growing key partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint across the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall sales strategy, in line with business growth objectives
• Build and scale the channel sales programme, developing strong relationships with key resellers, integrators, and strategic partners
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create compelling go-to-market plans
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle – from enablement and training to joint business planning
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, both in France and internationally
• Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings across Europe

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in sales within the cybersecurity sector
• Demonstrated success in building and managing channel sales networks
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans that drive revenue and growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a partner-first mindset
• Fluency in French and a strong command of English – essential for operating in the European market
• Willingness to travel across France and Europe as required
