A fast-growing startup in Paris is looking for a Business Developer to lead their expansion in the Benelux region. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, engaging with top decision-makers, and driving growth strategy. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 5+ years of sales experience, and is fluent in Dutch and English. A competitive compensation package of €110k and a dynamic work environment are offered.
Licorne Society has been commissioned by a fast-growing startup to help them recruit their Sales Manager to expand their presence in the Benelux region.
Building their success in France, this startup has earned the trust of over 3,000 customers and become the go-to partner for major players in the tech ecosystem (Alan, Qonto, BackMarket, Airbnb…) as well as industry leaders like L’Oréal, LVMH, and Decathlon.
But they’re just getting started!
To fuel their growth, they’re looking for a Business Developer based in Paris, the Netherlands, or Belgium, to lead their expansion in the Benelux region (70% Netherlands, 30% Belgium).
You’ll be joining a dynamic Sales team of 12 people, spread across Paris, London, and Madrid, all working together to drive their international expansion.
As a key member of this team, you will:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Management
5+ years of sales experience
Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a big plus!)
You LOVE prospecting – picking up the phone and cold calling? No problem!
Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
Proven experience in account management
Results-driven & goal-oriented
Empathetic, with top-tier interpersonal skills
