Fintech Search are delighted to once again be supporting a leading European embedded banking platform to hire a Sales Manager to spearhead growth in France.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, tech-first financial infrastructure provider to new business across the French market, focusing on fintechs, platforms, and regulated financial institutions. Your remit will focus BaaS and work closely with Product, Partnerships, and Risk.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own and execute the sales strategy across France
  • Identify, engage, and close new fintech, paytech, and platform clients
  • Work closely with product and compliance to shape client solutions
  • Represent the business at industry events and with key partners
  • Help establish the firm’s footprint and brand in the region

About You :

  • 5+ years in B2B fintech, payments, or BaaS sales
  • Deep understanding of the French fintech ecosystem
  • Experience selling to scale-ups, PSPs, or regulated institutions
  • Strong track record of quota achievement and deal execution
