Sales Manager - Automotive

Our client is a global semiconductor manufacturer.
They are looking for a Sales Manager to look after automotive customers managed by their office located in Paris.
You would be responsible for the design-in for on-site development departments as well as for the implementation of product releases.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow business at existing automotive customers by driving new design-ins.
- Responsibility for sales budgets, sales fulfillment, and design-in targets.
- Identify and materialize new business opportunities in the automotive market.
- Assist customers during design-in developments with support from product managers and field application engineers.
- Provide the marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements.
- Define new products and product enhancements to pave the road for continuous future growth.
Desired Experience:
- Good understanding of electronic components and basic knowledge of electronic circuits.
- Very good command of written and spoken French and English.
- Adequate experience in the automotive market and technical sales of semiconductors or in hardware development is an advantage.
- Customer visits 20%~30% of working time.
- The position is office-based with the possibility to work partly from home.
