Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager Agencies, you will drive growth by securing relationships with new advertising partners. You are fearless and passionate about our mission to help brands and agencies succeed by connecting them with some of the strongest names in the online retail industry. You have top-notch industry knowledge and sales instincts.

This role is centered on supporting brands and throughout the pre-and post-sales process for media partnerships. This includes managing a book of business, process efficiency development, and operational management. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day client communication, and a strategic mindset to develop media recommendations and deliver on retailer and brand goals.

Your Mission:

Client Relationship Management :

  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and brands by consulting on their key goals, challenges, and growth opportunities,
  • Facilitate year-over-year performance improvement and revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, notably by developing off-site data solutions.

Sales Support & Media Strategy Development :

  • Develop media plan recommendations, incorporating global on / off-site strategies that align with the client’s marketing objectives,
  • Ensure 100% accuracy with CRM data entry, campaign setup, and necessary documentation, ensuring smooth campaign execution,
  • Use performance metrics and data insights to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to suppliers and brands, optimizing their campaigns for continued success.

Campaign Execution Operations :

  • Oversee campaign setup within Ad Serving tools, communicating closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure flawless execution and accurate trafficking,
  • Supervise overall campaign performance, ensuring the alignment of objectives, analyzing data, and recommending strategies to optimize and enhance campaign results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Fluent in English, native/fluent in French.
  • Proven experience as a successful sales professional in the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including programmatic, display, mobile, video, and social media advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a strategic and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage the sales process.
