Reporting to the Commercial & Sales Manager, you will join a team of two other Regional Managers. You will have a dual role in the countries under your responsibility: Business development Close management of our local teams (veterinarians and technicians) You will never be alone: you will work in synergy with our technical, marketing and logistics experts. An onboarding program will support you from the moment you arrive. Higher technical education (veterinarian, agri/agro engineer) or sales experience with a strong technical background in animal health. Position based in Libourne (33) or Tours (37), with regular travel in inter-tropical Africa (25-40% of the time, depending on the period).

Significant experience in the sale of products or technical solutions (animal health, animal production, agriculture or agri-food).
Initial managerial experience and/or knowledge of the African continent would be a real asset
Autonomy, initiative and a collaborative spirit
Fluency in multicultural environments, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
Fluency in French and a good level of professional English.
