Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager based in Southern France , experienced in energy storage or inverter product distribution within the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with a strong local network and technical familiarity with PV projects, who is ready to contribute to the expansion of a fast-growing global company.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development : Identify and acquire new customers in Southern France and nearby markets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow customer accounts.
  • Project Oversight : Manage photovoltaic projects from inception to completion.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay ahead of industry trends and offer insightful guidance to clients.
  • Negotiation and Contracts : Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in French and English .
  • Based in Southern France .
  • Strong background in PV, energy storage, or inverter product distribution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–10 years of sales experience .
  • Solid understanding of photovoltaic technologies, project management, and client service .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive, result-driven mindset.
