They sell to the process and industrial markets. Our Client is dedicated to providing advanced components and exceptional services, emphasizing quality and sustainability in every project.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience selling to the industrial / process markets.

This role focuses primarily on new business development, and we are seeking a motivated ‘hunter’ type salesperson who thrives on building relationships and actively pursuing new opportunities.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to significant industry advancements while enjoying a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Territory : Paris and Northern France

Responsibilities :

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the process and industrial markets to sell valves, fittings, filtration systems, hoses, and similar fluid management components
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying potential for upselling or cross-selling fluid management products and solutions
  • Domestic travel to meet clients and prospects regularly, as well as occasional international travel to attend trade shows, conferences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory growth, meet sales targets, and expand market share. This may include participating in market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Understand clients' technical needs and provide technical advice or propose customized solutions
  • Work with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and feedback, and to coordinate product launches or marketing initiatives

Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in selling high-purity fluid management products to the industrial markets
  • Solid hunter sales experience with a focus on new business development
  • Familiarity with fluid control products such as valves, pumps, filters, or similar components. Ability to discuss technical specifications with clients
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, sometimes on short notice
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and drive business growth
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
