A leading company in the energy sector seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead efforts in customer relationship management and sales in the energy storage domain, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills and expertise in energy storage solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving regional sales targets and play an integral part in the company's continued success and market presence.
2. Achieve regional guidance price. The sales price of the products shall not be lower than the guiding price stipulated by the Company.
3. Completion rate of new customer development. Follow up on new customer development in the region.
4. Regional technical support and customer solution. Provide technical and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience.
5. Customer operation rate control. Manage customer relationships, understand and support the implementation of customer projects. Regularly visit customers, develop new clients, and maintain the company's market presence and brand image.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in marketing, English, or related fields.
2. Over three years of sales experience in the energy storage industry, with proven performance, extensive customer resources, industry knowledge, and trend prediction skills.
3. Professional knowledge of Li-ion batteries, PCS, power systems, and related energy storage system components.
4. Passionate about sales, excellent communication skills, sociable, and skilled in business negotiations.
5. Proficient in English, capable of written and oral communication for external business interactions.
6. Willing and able to undertake overseas business trips.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. No restrictions on rank; promotion potential to Director.
2. Basic understanding of legal risks, capable of reviewing contracts, and negotiating key terms with clients.
