Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, the successful candidate will participate in the following missions:

Job Summary:
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new customers and opportunities to grow the Aptar Injectables business.
  • Manage certain customer accounts: define development policies and priorities, and propose means and actions to achieve these objectives.
  • Manage a network of agents and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate prospecting of new customers and business development from existing customers with management and the regional director.
  • Lead the Biotech prospecting plan (acceleration plan) in collaboration with the team; report to Aptar Pharma Injectables management.
  • Participate in standardizing references and promoting new products and services.
  • Monitor and coordinate activities of agents and distributors where applicable.
  • Propose and establish new agency/distribution networks where none exist (e.g., Spain).
  • Update the competitive intelligence database.
  • Contribute to updating marketing and communication activities.
  • Ensure customer and prospect solvency and handle collections.
  • Collect and update information for sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and adhere to the annual budget for the zone (sales, prices, quantities) for the current year and five-year plan.
  • Develop an annual budget and five-year plan.
  • Provide monthly reports on activity, growth, and CRM updates as needed.
  • Update CRM (C4C) data regularly: contacts, opportunities, samples, visits, price offers.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
