What You'll Do

Close sales via WhatsApp, phone, Zoom (inbound + warm leads)

Manage CRM pipeline & sales funnel (20–40 daily contacts)

Build and coach a sales team of 5–7 reps

Analyze conversions and improve processes

Collaborate with marketing to boost lead quality

3+ years in active sales, 1+ year in a sales management role

Strong track record in remote/online selling

Ready to relocate to Bali
