As a Sales Manager for the French market, you'll identify new business opportunities to generate revenue and help the business grow!

Responsibilities

1. Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
2. Generate leads and build strong, effective business relationships with customers.
3. Work cross-functionally with all departments of our German entity and our production facility in China.
4. Report sales activities to the Head of France weekly and monthly.

We can't wait to meet you if you are / have:

• Passionate about the packaging industry with extensive B2B sales and marketing experience. Our customers include cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, fashion, and consumer electronics brands.
• At least 5 years of experience in the paper packaging industry with a proven and successful track record in B2B sales.
• Native French speaker.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
• Able to meet and exceed goals and targets.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine love for our customers.
• Hunter approach and ability to close deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
• EU driving license required.
