We're Hiring : Sales Manager B2B – South Europe (based in France)

Ready to lead a passionate sales team and shape the future of sustainable solutions in horticulture and sports? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager B2B to be the team captain of 6 sales professionals across South Europe. This role will be instrumental in structuring and executing the go-to-market strategy for both existing markets and new business lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing forecasts, coaching the sales team, and supporting key account management .

Your Mission

As Sales Manager B2B – South Europe , you’ll lead a team of 6 professionals across the region. You'll shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, drive sales performance, and help unlock new business potential.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide hands-on, in-field coaching to boost performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and align efforts with company goals.

Sales Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Build and implement market strategies for existing and new product lines.
  • Identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations teams for a seamless execution.
  • Align with Commercial Area Manager and Commercial Manager Line Marking.

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reporting processes.
  • Ensure targets are strategically aligned with our business goals.

Key Account Management & Business Development

  • Support the team in managing and expanding key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with major clients.
  • Drive long-term value through customer satisfaction and innovation.

Who Are You?

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commercial Economics or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop remote teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and forecasting skills.
  • Solid experience with distributor networks and key account management.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French . Italian is a big plus.

Other

  • Willing to travel across the region.
  • You are located within a radius of 100 kilometers from Echirolles. Living near a major international airport is helpful.
  • Analytical, structured, and hands-on mindset.

Location & Reporting

  • Hybrid : Work remotely and from our Echirolles (France) office (at least 2 days / week).
  • Reports hierachly to the General Manager Lumiforte EMEA SAS and functionally to the CCO Horticulture .
