Role Overview

Do you have solid sales experience in Engineered Systems? Are you fluent in French, Arabic, and English? Join the world leader in water treatment! Based in France, your role will cover sales across the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Implement our sales strategy and targets in Africa.
  • Lead the Sales Team in Africa, managing existing clients and expanding the business in North African French-speaking countries.
  • Grow our customer base through indirect channels and selected direct sales, promoting VWTS technologies including membranes, filters, skid-mounted equipment, and more.
  • Develop and secure new business opportunities in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater sectors in Africa.
  • Build a strong project pipeline and manage relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify, onboard, negotiate, and close profitable contracts with partners and clients.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Technical experience in water/wastewater treatment.
  • Sales experience in Africa, with a proven ability to promote products through distributors and resellers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
