About the role
EMEA Sales Lead role is responsible for our high growth adjacencies Interventional Spine Franchises Direct and Indirect Sales Channels. The primary goal of this role is supporting and enabling Boston Scientific to become the category leader in Interventional Spine Franchise, delivering accelerated profitable growth in line with divisional Strategic and AOP commitments. The role has direct responsibility for Sales Strategy, Sales Model evolution and development, Sales Planning, Execution and monitoring performance in collaboration with EMEA stakeholders.

What are we looking for in you?
Experience: 5-7 Years of experience in MedTech Sales Leadership role at a regional level, Experience in managing and developing direct sales teams and region managers as well as channel partner management, Marketing & Project Management experience desirable.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree - Marketing or Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Scientific or Health Care Professional.
Languages: Fluency in English
Industry Experience: Preferred MedTech with capital and device experience. Previous work experience in Interventional Spine or Orthopedic specialties is mandatory.
Location: Home base with access to local Hub office and international airport. Flexibility to travel ~70% of time.
