With almost 2000 customers in the UK and a dedicated team of 20+ people in this specific area, Aircall aims to keep growing rapidly within the UK market.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to remotely join our dynamic team focused on the UK market. The role is based in Paris.

As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of B2B software sales. This internship offers valuable insights into the sales process, customer relationship management, and market research within the SaaS industry. It provides an excellent opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales.

The responsibilities in this role :

  1. Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) of the UK Market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  2. Participate in and observe sales calls to gain practical knowledge about the sales process and customer interactions.
  3. Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers, and close deals.
  4. Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

The skills required to succeed in this role :

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Fluent in English (spoken and written) when communicating with clients.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  4. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  5. Experience in a customer-facing role (support or success) is a plus.
