Qualifications

• Available for full-time internship (35h/week), 6 months, starting 1st February 2027.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the path of moving a delivery partner or merchant from sign-up to their first order.
• Review and verify identity and business documents to uphold safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with merchants and couriers across channels to resolve issues.
• Analyze funnel data weekly to spot trends and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Support to enable smooth partner launches.
• Identify system bugs impacting the ground truth of 11,000+ cities and refine processes.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving delivery policies while balancing speed and accuracy.
