Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated intern to join its Operations team in France. You will analyse data, build insights, and support decision-making across Riders, Drivers, Couriers, Restaurants, and the Marketplace.

This six-month, full-time internship offers mentorship and exposure to real-world operational challenges. You will work with teams across operations, finance, policy, product, marketing, and customer support, applying SQL, data analytics, and basic programming to

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data analytics, SQL and experience with statistical packages or basic programming skills (eg Python) is highly regarded.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Embark on real-time, impactful projects in Uber's operations.
• Learn the inner workings of Uber and impact Riders, Drivers, Consumers, Couriers, Restaurants and/or the Marketplace.
• Solve key strategic problems through analytical frameworks and insights to advise the team.
• Experiment with new products and efficiencies spanning pricing, demand building, segmentation and customer operations.
• Collaborate with functions across the business—operations, finance, policy, product, marketing, legal, and support.

About the Internship

Operations are the heart and soul of Uber. These teams are bridging the gap between the virtual and the physical world every day by enabling movement. Movement of people, things, food, and more. We are looking for highly motivated problem-solvers who are passionate about Operations. You will work alongside Operations Managers and partner with teams across our Mobility business.

You will get the chance to work on impactful projects that involve analysing data sets, providing creative solutions and leaning into the execution. You will help support decision making within your teams through your critical thinking, strategic analysis, and data-driven approach.

What You'll Do

• Embark on a chance to reimagine the way the world moves by focusing on real-time, impactful projects
• Learn the vast inner workings of Uber - you will have a direct impact on Riders, Drivers, Consumers, Couriers, Restaurants and/or the Marketplace
• Solve key strategic problems through analytical frameworks and insights to advise the team on key decisions
• Experiment with new products and efficiencies aiming to improve our operations, spanning pricing, demand building, segmentation, customer operations and much more.
• Collaborate and engage with a number of functions across the business - operations, finance, policy, communications, product, marketing, legal, and customer support.

Basic Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Available to start on 1st of Feb 2027 and work full time for 6 months
• Work authorization in France - No visa sponsorship is available for internships
• Fluency in French and English
• Graduation Timeline: Able to join in a full-time role [if an opportunity opens up] shortly after the internship ends
