About the role

We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Sales Intern to support the growth and development of our operations in France and Belgium. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business including sales, operations, finance, and strategy. You’ll work directly with our General Manager, supporting our business's day-to-day running and expansion.

This role is based in Paris, with potential travel to Belgium as we grow in both markets. If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.

Your responsibilities

  1. Sales and Customer Support: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from engaging with potential customers to closing deals, while also providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues.
  2. Business Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations in France and Belgium, helping ensure smooth functioning across various departments (sales, legal, operations, and finance).
  3. Market Expansion: Participate in research, analysis, and execution of strategies for entering new markets. Help identify opportunities and work on developing go-to-market plans.
  4. Process Optimization: Work with various teams to streamline internal processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Financial and Legal Support: Assist with financial reporting, basic legal compliance tasks, and contract management to help the company remain compliant and efficient.
  6. Entrepreneurial Projects: Lead small projects, propose innovative ideas, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Your qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field from a top-tier business or engineering school.
  2. Training or internship in a business operations, consulting, or startup environment is preferred.
  3. You are eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and aren’t afraid to get hands-on in different areas of the business.
  4. You have strong problem-solving abilities and are comfortable analyzing data to help make informed decisions.
  5. You can handle multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Professional fluency in both French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
  7. You are comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office), and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
