Cohabs in Paris is seeking a Sales Intern to optimize occupancy and assist in developing our sales strategy. You will be trained in CRM, lead qualification, and follow-ups to support contract signings.

You will track performance metrics, propose actionable improvements, and collaborate with Community, Tech, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client interactions. Bilingual French/English is required, with Spanish/Italian a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

• Bilingual in French and English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage with prospects, qualify leads, ensure rigorous follow-ups, and contribute to contract signings.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (occupancy rates, inquiries, member feedback) and propose improvements.
• Support the sales strategy alongside the team.
• Coordinate with Community, Tech, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve the quality of incoming leads.
• Help organize regular events to deliver memorable client experiences and foster member loyalty.
