Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales leadership roles within the luxury hospitality sector.
  3. Skills and Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
  4. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury hotel market, especially corporate and leisure segments.
  5. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  6. Analytical Skills: Experience in revenue management, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
