Job Description

How You’ll Make an ImpactWe are seeking a Sales Manager with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. Working with the support of the European Epsilon team, you will have access to a range of cutting-edge digital solutions to help win clients.

You’ll work to solve various client challenges based on their digital and data maturity levels. This is a hybrid role based in Paris (2-3 days in the office per week).

What You’ll Achieve
  • Deliver quarterly revenue targets and sell Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Focus on consultative selling, developing opportunities, and closing business.
  • Lead opportunities through all sales stages from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience selling complex, multifaceted platforms to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring:
    • Bilingual proficiency.
    • 5-7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
    • Extensive network of contacts across various verticals (retail, travel, finance, auto, gaming).
    • Ability to think quickly and navigate challenges dynamically.
    • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Deep understanding of the Adtech industry, including market trends and customer needs.
    • At least 2 years of agency experience.
    • Additional European languages such as Italian or English.
    • Ability to balance problem-solving with creative solutions and a tenacious selling style.
    • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
    • Strong analytical skills with data-driven sales strategies.
