For this remote role, you must be physically based in timezone GMT+1 to ensure alignment with customer business hours (32-40h per week, Mon-Fri). While you must be fluent in French, please apply in English only.

We’re scaling internationally and are looking for a remotely based Sales Engineer.

What you will be doing

  • Support customers with your technical knowledge. No prior knowledge of fluid control? No problem – we’ll provide full training.
  • Develop relationships with new customers and retain current ones.
  • Show potential customers why they will benefit from trusting Tameson as their industrial supplier.
  • Proactively identify and propose process improvements by leveraging software tools and AI to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to improve customer experience and influence the evolution of Tameson’s products and services.

Your profile

  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and assisting them with their questions.
  • You possess strong understanding and technical knowledge to speak confidently with customers and provide advice.
  • Your degree in higher professional technical education or previous work experience provides a solid foundation.
  • You take ownership and seek collaboration with colleagues.
  • You have an affinity for ecommerce and are keen on process improvements and automation.
  • You are customer-oriented and able to find the optimal solution for both customer and Tameson.

Fluency in both English and French is required for this position.

You’re able to work independently and remotely, and you enjoy working in an international, dynamic team.
