Flowserve France is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and trade organizations in the region. You will understand purchase agreements, align with regional sales objectives, and coordinate with internal and channel partners to improve selling effectiveness.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field
• 5-7 years relevant experience preferred
• Experience in sales of rotating equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of API 610 Standard is beneficial
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead meetings and follow-up actions

Responsabilités

• Drive bookings levels to meet/exceed assigned bookings goal
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives
• Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings
• Educate customers on product features and uses using marketing materials
• Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing
• Knowledge of rotating pumps, mechanical seals and related equipment
• Demonstrate product demos, presentations, and business writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Maintain organized records: reports, quotes, status, actuals, expenses
• Discuss ROI and financial aspects to support solution selling
• Work independently and communicate effectively
